AMG Coffee Export operates from Oromia State, Shagar City (Akaki Gelan), Ethiopia. The company is engaged in the sourcing, processing, and export of Ethiopian Arabica coffee, pulses, and oilseeds to domestic and international markets.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to availability and formal confirmation.

• Wholesale and export orders are confirmed only after commercial agreement, payment confirmation, and acceptance of agreed shipping terms (FOB).
• Retail orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
• AMG Coffee Export reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability.
• Export pricing is agreed under FOB terms unless otherwise stated.
• Import duties, customs clearance fees, and destination charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Payments must be completed as per agreed commercial terms before shipment scheduling.

4. Shipping Terms (Export Orders)

• EXW: Not supported
• Container Shipping: Available
• Air Cargo: Available
• Inland Transport: Ethio–Djibouti Railway & Truck
• International carriers may include MSC, CMA-CGM, Maersk, CU Line (subject to availability).

Delivery timelines depend on buyer preference, order volume, carrier availability, and destination.

5. Product Quality & Specifications

AMG Coffee Export supplies products based on agreed specifications and contract terms. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before confirming orders. Any claims regarding quality must align with the agreed contractual standards.

6. Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Verified product damage
• Confirmed quality deviation caused by the company

No returns or refunds are accepted for:

• Freshness preference issues
• Change of mind
• Market resale conditions

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 10 working days. Return shipping costs (if applicable and approved) are covered by the seller.

7. Customs & Duties

All customs duties, taxes, import clearance charges, and destination-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and brand materials belong to AMG Coffee Export and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• AMG Coffee Export is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier delays, port congestion, customs clearance procedures, or force majeure events beyond company control.
• Liability is limited to the value of the confirmed order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
