AMG Coffee Export follows structured booking, shipping, cancellation, and refund procedures to ensure transparency and product integrity for both domestic and international customers.
Booking & Order Confirmation :
All orders are subject to availability and formal confirmation. Wholesale and export orders are finalized only after commercial agreement and payment confirmation under agreed FOB terms. Retail orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
Shipping :
Domestic roasted and ground coffee is supplied within Ethiopia. Free delivery is available within Addis Ababa based on minimum order quantity, while regional shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
Bulk export orders are shipped internationally under FOB terms, with both container shipping and air cargo options available.
Cancellations :
Retail orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is confirmed and processing or shipping arrangements begin, cancellation is not permitted. Bulk export cancellations are handled according to agreed commercial terms prior to shipment preparation.
Refunds & Returns :
Returns are accepted only in cases of verified product damage or confirmed quality deviation caused by the company. Refunds are not provided for freshness preferences, taste differences, or change-of-mind purchases. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer as per company policy.
