AMG Coffee Export provides domestic and international shipping for coffee, pulses, and oilseeds based on confirmed orders and agreed commercial terms.
1. Shipping Coverage
Domestic Market (Retail Roasted & Ground Coffee)
Roasted and ground coffee products are shipped within Ethiopia. Free delivery is available within the capital city based on minimum order quantity (MOQ). For regional deliveries, shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For household purchases in smaller quantities, customers may be directed to approved ecommerce platforms where shipping is managed accordingly.
International Export (Green Beans & Bulk Roasted Coffee)
AMG Coffee Export ships internationally under agreed commercial terms.
2. Export Shipping Terms
- Supported Term: FOB (Free On Board)
- EXW: Not supported
- Container Shipping: Available
- Air Cargo: Available
All customs duties, import taxes, and destination clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Inland & International Transport
For export shipments:
- Inland transport from Ethiopia to Djibouti is handled via Ethio–Djibouti Railway and truck transport.
- Ocean freight from Djibouti Port to the destination country is arranged through international carriers such as MSC, CMA-CGM, Maersk, CU Line, subject to availability and buyer preference.
4. Dispatch Timeline
Retail (Capital City)
Dispatch is typically completed within 1 working day after order confirmation.
Export Orders
Export shipments are prepared and dispatched within 10–25 days after order confirmation, depending on:
- Buyer preference
- Order volume
- Processing requirements
- Carrier availability
5. Delivery Time
Delivery time for export orders depends on:
- Destination country
- Shipping route
- Carrier schedules
- Port and customs procedures
AMG Coffee Export is not responsible for delays caused by port congestion, customs clearance, or international logistics disruptions.
6. Tracking & Communication
Shipment tracking is provided for export orders. Buyers receive updates and communication via email throughout the shipping process.
7. Damaged Shipments
If products are received in damaged condition, buyers must notify the company with supporting documentation. Claims are reviewed based on agreed contract specifications.
