Retail coffee orders (50g – 5kg roasted or ground) can be placed through our official sales channels and approved ecommerce platforms. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed. For customers in the capital city, eligible minimum orders qualify for free delivery. For regional deliveries, shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
Retail orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. For export and bulk orders, cancellation requests must be reviewed and approved before processing or shipment begins.
Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed product damage or verified quality issues caused by our side. Returns are not accepted for freshness preferences or change-of-mind purchases. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 10 working days, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are covered by the seller.
