The Harrar region of Ethiopia is located in the Eastern highlands and is home to some of the oldest coffee beans still grown. It produces flavorful and aromatic dry processed coffee, also known as unwashed or natural coffee. Flavor Profile: Wild berry acidity with a strong, dry edge and heavy body.
